Delete your Puzzle Nook account
Puzzle Nook, published by FSK Dev
Puzzle Nook works fully without an account. If you chose to sign in with Google to back up
your progress, this page explains how to delete that account and everything stored with it.
Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Puzzle Nook.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type
CONFIRM when asked, then confirm.
Your account and your cloud backup are removed straight away. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: ask us by email
Use this if you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in for any reason.
Email kenneth.conmen@gmail.com
with the subject Delete my Puzzle Nook account.
Send it from the Google account you signed in with, so we can match the request to the
right record. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days and usually
much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold about you is removed. That is:
- Your sign-in account, including your email address, display name, profile picture link and account identifier.
- Your cloud backup: best scores and run streaks for all seven games, play counts and time played, your check-in streak and history, your Nook Points balance and points log, and the wallpapers, music tracks and badges you own.
We keep no copy afterwards, and there is no separate retention period. Deleting the account
removes the backup with it, in the same step.
What is not deleted
-
Progress saved on your phone. Deleting your account does not touch your
device. To clear that too, use Settings, About, Reset all data in the app,
or simply uninstall it. Do the account deletion first, otherwise the cloud backup restores
on the next sign-in.
-
Advertising data held by Google. Puzzle Nook shows ads through Google
AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. That is not linked to your account and is
not ours to delete. You can reset or remove it in
Android Settings, Privacy, Ads.
